Studies have shown that women leaders improve the social, economic, and environmental value of a company, but women are underrepresented in leadership roles in architecture companies. How does a profession that is traditionally inconducive to fostering women leaders change its ways? What efforts are required on the part of architecture firms and what is the return on that investment?

Building Equality in Architecture is partnering with the RAIC to deliver this WednesdayÌýWebinarÌýfocused on women and leadership in the profession of architecture. BEA has sought the expertise of Anna Sampson and Zahra Williams,Ìýwho will present the challenges which prevent women from holding leadership roles, the progress some companies and their leaders are making as they take steps to break down barriers, and the rewards of gender equity at the helm.

Learning Outcomes
At the completion of this session, the participant/learner will be able to:
Ìý
